Taking care of kiddos, not so much writing. No promises of return, but there is perhaps some hope. The day of my move is just around the corner. However, the day of the end of my lease is even closer, so there will be a week of homelessness, and more importantly internetlessness, for yours truly.
My mission is to serve the spiritual and professional needs of artists, especially my fellow Catholic artists here in NYC. I am the chair of the Catholic Artist Connection. A new organization to connect and support Catholic artists. We publish a free weekly email newsletter. Sharing opportunities and events, run quarterly artist retreats. Maintain a list of spiritual directors for artists. And run Catholic Artists NYC. Where I run the Catholic artist residency program.

A place to appreciate the many things in my life that I am thankful for. The past couple of weeks have been chaotic at our house. For many reasons, we decided to rip the carpeting up off our staircase and retrofit them with hardwood. The hubby has been working tirelessly cutting, sanding, staining, painting and installing everything. I do think the end result is indeed pretty stunning. Our family will forever be a part of this house. And today I felt like Supermom because of it.
